Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programs, and packages offered by Fit Body Clear Mind, both online and in-person (Burton-on-Trent). By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

We provide holistic health services in three categories:

  • Nourish: Nutrition coaching

  • Move: Movement/exercise support

  • Align: Psychology-based mind-body coaching

All services are personalised and may include elements such as journaling, meditation, sleep guidance, and habit coaching.

2. Client Commitment

To get the most from this work, clients are encouraged to:

  • Show up on time for all sessions

  • Communicate openly and honestly

  • Engage with the tools and practices offered

  • Be respectful of the time and energy commitment of the practitioner

This is a partnership—we’ll get the best results when we both commit to the process.

3. Packages & Time Credits

  • Packages (Starter Balance, Deep Reset, Transform) include a set number of hours to be redeemed across Nourish, Move, or Align sessions.

  • Sessions can be booked in 60-minute increments.

  • All packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused time after 6 months will expire and is non-refundable.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are made through Acuity Scheduling.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from your package or billed at full price.

  • If you’re running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

5. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all services and packages:

  • If, after your first completed session, you feel the service isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, you must:

    • Have completed one session

    • Submit your request in writing (via email)

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • More than one session has been used

    • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase

    • The request falls outside of this policy scope

After this period, all purchases are non-refundable.

6. Online & In-Person Services

  • Sessions may be conducted online via Zoom or in person in Burton-on-Trent (based on availability).

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for online sessions.

  • In-person sessions may be rescheduled or moved online due to illness, weather, or practitioner availability.

7. Health Disclaimer

  • Services are not a substitute for medical advice or therapy.

  • Clients are responsible for consulting with their doctor before beginning any new health or exercise plan.

  • This work is intended to support—not diagnose, treat, or cure—any medical condition.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are confidential. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR and never shared without your written consent.

9. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
